On 18th June, 2013, Haitian Huayuan South America celebrated its 10th anniversary at the headquarters in Sao Roque, Sao Paolo/Brazil. Mr Chen Weiqun, General Manager of Haitian Huayuan, together with Mr. Zhang Jianming, Chairman of Haitian International Holding, and Prof. h. c. Dipl. –Ing. Helmar Franz, Board Member and Chief Strategic Officer, greeted more than 500 guests from the world of business and politics, including numerous customers and business partners.
In his welcoming speech, Mr. Zhang thanked the 45 employees of the Haitian team in Brazil for their superb commitment and praised the company’s splendid development in its first 10 years. With some 1,500 customers throughout South America and a total of some 6,000 machines sold, Haitian Huayuan South America already serves a good third of the market. The success of the South America Sales Office has continually improved, and with a current sales quota of about 900 machines per year a further upward trend is to be expected.
Mr Steve Xu, Director of Haitian Huayuan South America Comercio de Máquinas Ltda. at Haitian Huayuan South America, sees the secret of this success in the good price-performance ratio of the Haitian machine series and an excellent customer service that is comprehensively guaranteed by our 20 customer-service employees, by the employees in the 8 Service Offices, and by the 15 Regional Sales Offices. “The customer gets a first-class product that is tailored to their needs, and this is acknowledged”, says Steve Chu. This is why trusting partnerships have evolved with customers in the first decade, in the most diverse branches of industry.
All guests were invited to cocktails in the showroom and were able to get a good look at the new Generation II machines. Live demonstrations of a Jupiter, a Mars, and a Venus machine (JU12000II, MA2800II, VE900II) were given. Among the guests, the technicians in particular were impressed by so many improvements, and they were full of detailed questions regarding the innovative highlights.
The culmination of the anniversary celebration was a traditional Chinese fireworks display. This was intended not just as a feast for the eyes of the guests but was also intended to represent symbolically a shared successful future.
